Team Ministry
Evangelism Team
The purpose of the Evangelism Team is to provide guidance and direction in the overall training and practice of personal evangelism in our community and world, and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
Discipleship Team
The purpose of the Discipleship Team is to help men and women through the process of being sincere and faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
Ministry Team
The purpose of the Ministry Team is to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of the church body, minister to the needs of our community through targeted activities, and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
Worship Team
The purpose of the Worship Team is to provide personal and corporate opportunities for worship that will enhance the believer's relationship with Jesus Christ, and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
Fellowship Team
The purpose of the Fellowship Team is to provide Christian fellowship opportunities for our church family, including our community, and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
Administration Team:
Personnel Sub-Team
The purpose of the Personnel Sub-Team is to provide fair & equitable employment policies and purposeful job descriptions, and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
Finance Sub-Team
The purpose of the Finance Sub-Team is to provide budget development and submission. stewardship emphasis and Team support, and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
Building & Grounds Sub-Team
The purpose of the Building & Grounds Sub-Team is to lead the effort to help assure safe, clean and functional facilities (building, grounds and equipment), and to assist First Baptist Broomfield in achieving ministry objectives.
