“Let no one despise your youth; instead, you should be an example to the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.”
1 Timothy 4:12 HCSB

Foundation Student Ministries was created to assist students in middle and high school to establish a firm foundation based on the teachings of Jesus found in Matt 7:24-27 and in Luke 6:47-49.

Our weekly activities:

The Gathering is a time that students can come and hang out with friends and meet new ones. We provide a fully stocked game room, with everything from video games to Foosball. Every Friday night has two events: a free meal is served at 7:00 p.m. and a short devotion at 8:00. Doors open @ 6:30.

The Breakfast Club is for middle school and high school students who wish to dig deeper into the teachings of God. Sunday morning starts with breakfast 9-ish a.m. to 9:45, followed by our Bible study.

Foundation Student Ministries is truly Colorado. We do ski trips, snowshoeing, white water rafting, hiking and retreats up at The Outpost, a yurt that sits at 9000 ft. and very close to the Indian Peaks wilderness. Of course, we do the regular youth group things like conferences and mission trips and fund raisers, as well.

Meet the Staff: Jim & Sharon Inglis have been married for over ten years. Between the two of us we have managed to raise six daughters, so no we are not your normal Youth pastor couple—we are seasoned.

Educationally, Sharon has been involved in youth ministry since 1995. She is a Volunteer Chaplain and is attending Light University and soon will be a certified Biblical counselor.

Jim is a graduate of University of Biblical studies and did his graduate studies with Rocky Mountain school of pastoral care and training. His clinical setting was through the Denver Rescue Mission.

Jim &Sharon are both volunteers. Jim works at Walmart and Sharon is the Manager at Mickey C Bagels and Boulder Ice Cream. These Jobs help us give back into the ministry and we get to meet tons of new friends!
